Composite Curing Furnaces

Composite Curing Furnaces

Composite curing furnaces are specially designed systems developed to ensure the controlled curing of parts manufactured with reinforcement materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and similar composites together with resin-based or comparable matrix systems.

In composite manufacturing processes, homogeneous heat distribution and controlled temperature ramp-up enable high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and repeatable production quality.

Controlled temperature ramp-up and homogeneous heat distribution enhance the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of components.

Operating typically within a temperature range of 40°C – 200°C, these systems minimize heat losses and reduce energy consumption thanks to low thermal mass insulation materials.

All process parameters such as temperature, time, cooling fan speed, and vacuum when required are automatically controlled. With the SCADA-based control system, process data is monitored and recorded in real time.

Customized solutions are offered in various sizes and capacities according to customer requirements. Upon request, systems with fresh air intake or vacuum-assisted configurations can be integrated.

Consistent curing conditions ensure the same level of quality in every production cycle, while the system structure minimizes production errors and enhances operational reliability.
