Our R&D Center

Combining more than 45 years of industrial furnace manufacturing experience with advanced engineering expertise and a strong research-driven culture, the Sistem Teknik R&D Center develops high value-added heat treatment technologies.

Our modern R&D infrastructure, spanning over 505 m², includes engineering offices, testing and prototyping facilities, and specialized laboratories. All development processes are managed under one roof, from the initial concept stage through to industrial implementation.

Using ANSYS and COMSOL-based simulation technologies, we perform thermal distribution analyses, CFD flow simulations, electromagnetic modeling, and energy efficiency optimizations. This enables us to achieve higher process reliability, more uniform temperature distribution, and reduced energy consumption.

Among our patented technologies are vacuum furnaces, modular furnace systems, intelligent temperature measurement solutions, and specialized mechanical designs. Supported by university–industry collaborations and international scientific resources, our R&D activities contribute to the development of innovative technologies.

Our R&D Center develops solutions for a wide range of strategic industries, particularly defense, aerospace, automotive, and composite technologies. Our activities focus on high-temperature processes, energy-efficient systems, and advanced material technologies.

As part of our digital transformation initiatives, we develop carbon footprint analysis software, process simulation systems, and hybrid heating technologies, contributing to more sustainable and efficient manufacturing processes.
